How to launch a terminal window (ubuntu) from chrome/browser?

from an html page on my beech, I want to open a terminal window on the same beech when I click and run a command there. Is this possible?

I found only a crutch Bicycle for autologin on active network equipment... . It works , but it looks untidy and gets out of the general concept. Plans to remake, but not yet time.

The browser has its own console.
