How to know that a user has received a push notification in android?

It is required to collect statistics on delivered push notifications.
If the user has checked the box to prevent receiving push notifications from the application (or, for example, miui blocks receiving push notifications), how can the application find out about this?
And is it possible to somehow find out if the push notification was displayed in the status bar or not?
