How to keep window layouts on macOS even after reboot?

For example, I like to open the code editor and the terminal in full screen, but they constantly fly to one screen on reboot (example prntscr.com/j6kfdr).
Also, the sizes are constantly changing, although I adjust the size of the windows for myself.
