How to keep track of sales and stock balances in an online store?
There is an online store of goods by weight (nuts and dried fruits). Plus there is a point of issue of goods, where the employee sits and issues orders. It is necessary to find a solution in which the employee could have some simple interface with the inventory of the store, with the ability to collect a shopping cart and immediately receive the total amount + information about the state of stock. MySklad has a similar one, but my task is to reduce all kinds of expenses, so I would like to find a free option. Can it really be possible to organize something similar based on Google Spreadsheets or Excel? Thank you in advance for your response.

In my opinion, if it’s completely “at a minimum”, then it’s easier to implement some kind of addition to your store, so that there would be such a separate page in the admin panel.
MySklad is free if you use only one user profile. During the day, an IM employee uses the account, in the evening or on weekends - the owner looks at statistics, analytics and builds reports.
Start several "sub-warehouses" inside - there will be separate accounting for the retail outlet and for IM.
