How to keep track of personal debts?

Advise some solution for accounting for monetary debts (when I owe someone and when someone owes me).
Required data about the debt:
who owes whom (me or me and who),
date of creation,
estimated date of payment (preferably with synchronization with Google Calendar),
actual closing date of the debt (possibly in several payments).
The application is needed both on mobile (Android) and on the desktop (web application).
I tried apps from different authors that are on the Play Market. But their common disadvantage is that you cannot work with these records on the desktop (for example, copy-paste and export to Excel for analytics).
Tried Google Sheets. Although they are in the form of an application on a mobile, they are very inconvenient. And it is very inconvenient to keep track of the repayment of debts and the history of repaid debts.
So I'm looking for something more perfect. Please advise.
Thanks in advance to all who respond.
