Look for feeds and rss feeds from such sites.
For example, rss habr https://habr.com/rss/hubs/all/ or Medium https://medium.com/feed/@Medium is usually a regular xml
Then just parse it according to the keys you need - "/knit/" "/caps/".
There is no universal software available for this.
