How to keep track of meetups in project management?

Hello.
I am a project manager, I manage 7-9 projects at the same time. There are quite a lot and often meetups for them, for example, one project every day at 11, the second - every day at 12, the third - Monday and Friday at 9. Question - how do you keep track of them? So that you don’t have to constantly remember what meetup will be now) In the Google calendar, maybe, or you write out the schedule for the meetups somewhere in a notebook ... Thank you!)

The vomit word "mitap" is repeated 4 times. So, by the way.
MS Outlook, for example, for reminders.

Of course the calendar! (I use google-calendar myself). All meetings can be rummaged by teams and in case of transfer, everyone will receive a notification. Also, if someone wants to make an appointment with you when planning, they will be able to see your load and make an appointment during free hours
