How to keep statistics of incoming and outgoing emails?

Relatively recently, I transferred corporate mail to Yandex, and then the managers wanted to have statistics on employee mail correspondence, the same as on calls, but Yandex is not keen on sending mail logs, it did not find a plug-in for Thunderbird, what should I do? to lift the mail gateway?

If it works, then there will be a reason to send a request to Yandex to expand the API functionality.
