How to keep configuration parameters signed in Android and iOS apps?

There is a family of apps made for iOS and Android, with the same code for each of the platforms, but different entries (ULRs) in the configs. How can I make these configs also signed so that users cannot change them? And how to sign without the participation of xCode?
