How to keep an app always active in Android?

Greetings!
I installed several messenger applications (skype, whatsup, telegram) and 2 different alarm clocks on my smartphone + android. When the application is active (open on the main display) - it works stably, if you go into another application leaving the first application on the 'second background' (without closing it), then the second application stops working after a couple of hours in such a 'background' (does not accept messages for messengers and the alarm does not ring).
Considering that such a "falling asleep" of applications does not begin immediately, but after a couple of hours, this leads to certain thoughts that some process is forcibly ending them ...
How to be?
Thank you!
UPD: android 6.0.1, clean.

You need to turn off the power saving feature.
