How to isolate websites on VPS?

Hello! I have a VPS with Debian Jessie 8.5 and 1 GB of RAM.
There are 3 sites. How can I isolate them so that if one site is hacked, the other is not affected?

Запускай веб-сервер от разных юзеров (например, для апач с помощью модуля mpm_itk) и настрой open_base_dir исключительно на директории сайтов.
