Like I have one partition and 8.1 is visible, how can I install 10-ku without jokes (installer and formatting), like, for example, a program that will delete the old Windows and all its parts and install a new one instead of the replacement one.
Is that possible? Or fantasy?

If there is one partition on the disk, then no matter how, only an update ...
During the installation process, the OS will ask you to format the entire partition ...

On the edge, you can free up disk space, defragment, cut off an empty logical disk from it, install a new Windows there, remove the old Windows with handles and glue the disk back.
But the update looks somehow more reliable.)

Boot from CD/USB LIVE (or put the disc into another Windows computer).
Next, delete C:\Windows, all C:\Program Files\, C:\ProgramData\ (on another computer - respectively D:\Windows, etc...)
Then install a new Windows without formatting the disk.
