How to intercept packets incoming and outgoing from a mobile application on Android?

I want to write a program for receiving/sending packets to a mobile game server, as if the program is a phone, but for this you need to know what and how my phone sends to the server and back.
Is there any way to do this without root?

If you type "sniffer" in the Play Store, you get a lot of results.

Sorry, but isn't the problem a mismatch of the SSL protocol? After all, he swears that he considers hitbox to be a non-secure resource, if I understand the error correctly.e8bbb44a6e6b43c384fb033fed1092dc.jpg
