How to interact with elements of the Controls property in HTML5 Video?

Good afternoon.
HTML5 Video has a "Controls" property, which in turn has controls.
Is it possible to interact with these controls separately. For example, hide the scrollbar separately, and leave the rest of the elements as they are?
Perhaps you can set your own duration of the video file, regardless of the source?
