My task is to make sure that users can change their password on a scheduled basis in the application on the iPad or change the password at the first login. There is an organization's Active Directory where all user credentials are entered, we are writing an application, one of the functions of which is to change an expired password directly in the application, is it possible to implement this in Swift?

Hmm, I would suggest creating a Net Core service that has the right to change the password in the OU and access it through the rest api.
