How to install yii2 via composer under windows 10?

I'm a little confused... First, create a folder for the project yourself. So? In the console I go into it, I write "composer global require "fxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.1.1"". Then I write "create-project yiisoft/yii2-app-advanced advanced 2.0.9". The project seems to install, but gives the following errors:

Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.

  Problem 1
    - yiisoft/yii2 2.0.9 requires bower-asset/jquery 2.2.*@stable | 2.1.*@stable | 1.11.*@stable | 1.12.*@stable -> no matching package found.
    - yiisoft/yii2 2.0.8 requires bower-asset/jquery 2.2.*@stable | 2.1.*@stable | 1.11.*@stable -> no matching package found.
    - yiisoft/yii2 2.0.7 requires bower-asset/jquery 2.2.*@stable | 2.1.*@stable | 1.11.*@stable -> no matching package found.
    - yiisoft/yii2 2.0.6 requires bower-asset/jquery 2.1.*@stable | 1.11.*@stable -> no matching package found.
    - Installation request for yiisoft/yii2 >=2.0.6 -> satisfiable by yiisoft/yii2[2.0.6, 2.0.7, 2.0.8, 2.0.9].

Potential causes:
 - A typo in the package name
 - The package is not available in a stable-enough version according to your minimum-stability setting
   see <https://getcomposer.org/doc/04-schema.md#minimum-stability> for more details.

Read <https://getcomposer.org/doc/articles/troubleshooting.md> for further common problems.

Problem solved. It turns out that the whole thing was in the Github token. I didn't quite understand where to get it from...

Good evening.
Try this without specifying the version
You don't have to create a directory, you specify it as the last parameter in the line.

write like this:

composer create-project yiisoft/yii2-app-advanced advanced

the github token has nothing to do with it, this glitch is observed in the asset plugin version 1.1.1

composer global require fxp/composer-asset-plugin:~1.2
