How to install Yii2 from github?

There is such a Yii2 engine with api for searching for air tickets. I don't understand how to install it and make it work?
I even installed linux on purpose for more convenient work on this project. But I can't figure out what's wrong..
I installed NPM with nodejs, then I installed Composer, then I installed WebPack which is needed at the end. I copied the engine files, installed composer into it, then ran through npm and webpack, but it does not react at all.. this is what it shows
