I get an error:

gpg: can't connect to the agent: IPC connect call failed

And in general, do not expect that in wsl everything will work the same as in normal Linux.
At least wait for wsl2 (now they promise to start distributing the update with it at the end of May) - wsl is rewritten in it a little less than completely
