How to install Yandex.DNS as a personal DNS server in Android 10+?

In Android 10+ there is a "Personal DNS server" setting, dns.google or dns.adguard is easily written there, but it's not clear how to specify DNS from Yandex there. ip-address cannot be specified, dns.yandex cannot be specified. No way?

Private DNS is DNS over HTTPS.
Yandex does not have this.

Yandex.DNS

Firstly, Yandex.DNS is not a DoH server, and secondly, it is pointless and dangerous, you absolutely CANNOT use any Yandex services (especially DNS)!
There are Google servers or CloudFlare, why use the left services?
