How to install wordpress on LAMP?

Hello, I wanted to install wordpress on localhost, after installing LAMP I unzipped wordpress to /var/www/html. After started installing 127.0.0.1/.

The first problems appeared

After manually adding, I get into the WordPress admin panel and, when updating, it requires me to enter FTP data.
I understand that I screwed up somewhere, according to the above signs, what am I doing wrong?

The user under which the webserver or php-fpm is running has no rights to the directory.

you need to set the permissions to the wp-config.php file
If my memory serves me right, then I need to set it to 755
