Try installing libwine-bin:i386 now. It will be said that he does not like it.
Judging by the version of the package, this is wheezy. Usually the problem is that you have a strange hodgepodge of repositories mixed with different debian releases. You can check /etc/apt/preferences.d/, all of a sudden they forbade something themselves.
