Hello, I have a PC, it is now running Windows 7, I want to install a second Windows Server 2012 r2 system on it with the prospect of demolishing the seven later. I made a bootable USB flash drive using the Windows 7 USB DVD Download Tool, when I reboot the computer - I enter the BIOS, and from the boot menu I launch the USB flash drive, a black screen appears, the underscore symbol flashes at the top left and silence hangs. Tried other images - the same result. What could be the problem?

The flash drive didn't turn out...
Maybe try another program for creating flash drives. I have always used "YUMI".
