Actually, everything is indicated in the subject, is there any solution for Win Serv 2012?

There are two options
here 1) "You need to connect a printer via the Internet" - here you use the "Internet printing" role https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb4908...
2) "You need to have a web page with download file and selecting a printer. After loading a file and selecting a printer, the document is printed" - not implemented by standard means. Of the ready-made ones, there are https://www.papercut.com/tour/web-print/ or www.printeron.com (But IMHO, if you only need this, then it is done quickly enough)
PS: https://github.com/lyudmil/ I also found webprint , but I haven't tried it

@SomeDude
