How to install Windows on HDD which is installed in Optibay?

There is not a complete Fujitsu Lifebook S760 - without a hard drive.
For this model, it is difficult and expensive to find an HDD cable.
I bought Optibay and installed it instead of CDroma - the hard drive is detected, the OS is installed. But it won't boot: Operating system not found.

First you need to select the second drive as bootable in the BIOS settings. And only then put the OS on this disk, preferably with full formatting. Otherwise, during installation, Windows may place the bootloader in the wrong place. If there is no boot disk selection in the BIOS - and this may well be on a laptop, then there may be an option to select a CD / DVD as bootable or put some kind of bootloader on a USB flash drive and put it first in the list for loading and load the flash drive first, and from the flash drive load the disk with the OS (the collective farm, of course, but it will work).
