How to install Windows on a new laptop?
Hello, I'll be brief. I bought a laptop Lenovo v14 on ryzen 3 and with 8GB of RAM. Out of the box is DOS, I have a macbook on El Captain on my hands, downloading and throwing the image of Windows onto a USB flash drive - it is determined by the laptop, but it completely refuses to boot from it, it’s just as if the boot menu is rebooting. From what I tried: UEFI and legacy mode, turned secure boot on and off and that's it. I think that the problem is in the flash drive itself, because of it this fucking Windows cannot be installed. I've exhausted all my nerves, tried 5 images and none of them started to install, thanks.

Go to the nearest Internet cafe, acquaintance, work, library, any place in general where you can use a computer and burn the USB flash drive through the Microsoft utility. Or you can put in a dual boot Windows on a poppy.
Most likely you are making a bootable USB flash drive incorrectly.
