How to install Windows and Ubuntu on the same SSD with both systems encrypted?

Good day.
Does anyone have a manual of some kind, otherwise I can’t give something of the mind. There is a 256GB SSD. You need to install two OSes on it. Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04. An important condition is that the data of both OSs be encrypted.
Do not offer to run any of the OS from under the virtual machine. What technical solutions can be used to do this?
Thanks for answers.

Install two operating systems on one disk.
Encrypt data using OS tools.
That's all.

It is not clear - "so that the data of both OSs are encrypted" or the results of the work of both OSs
are encrypted !!, If the latter, then with two normally set Axes, make another working partition
and already encrypt it (probably like ntfs, so that the vindovoz also gets , I do not know the types of file systems
in Windows, I do not use it). This partition without a system, well, like you have D or E .. and there are all your working folders ...

Use veracrypt , as far as I understand it's the best successor to truecrypt. The list of compatible platforms includes both windows and linux. If you can’t set up a bootloader with OS switching, create separate bootloaders for each of the systems on your disk (stupidly install the first OS on your partition, then the second on another partition), after which the third partition, in which using easyBCD it will be possible to create a boot menu that loads a particular section.
