Hello. Please help, if possible, to install Windows 7 on a USB-drive in such a way that you can then boot from this flash and work like on a regular PC. Thank you.

And if the seven - you make a LiveCD based on WinPE and that's it. You will have to assemble it yourself, or look for a ready-made assembly from someone.
Another option is a full-fledged OS bootable from VHD.
Just copy the VHD to any flash drive and that's it.
Of course, this will be a full-fledged OS, so it will not start on other equipment - you will need to install drivers, etc. But between identical computers it is possible to carry.
