How to install Windows 7,8,10 on Google Cloud server?

By default, you can only install Windows Server (2008, 2012, 2016). When I try to download the image of home windows 7, an error is generated, although I archive it in the .tar.gz format according to Google's instructions , but Google still writes that it is supposedly not supported or the format is not correct.
Where can I download ready-made archives in .tar.gz format with home Windows, which will be 100% installed on Google clouds? If this is of course possible.
