Duplicate app shortcuts on Mac desktop?

Good day! I have a Macbook Pro 15inch with Windows 7 installed via Parallels Desktop (installed with bootable USB media). When installing programs on Windows, shortcuts are duplicated on the Mac OS desktop:

Can you please tell me how to make sure that these icons do not appear on the Mac OS desktop, but remain exclusively on the Windows desktop? Thank you!
