How to install usb driver for debugging on a real device that is not in the OEM lists?

There was an article on Habré , but it didn’t help, in the end it turned out “this device does not need a driver update” and that’s it.
Win 10 x64 intel i5
Device: tablet 4Good T700i 3G (some kind of Chinese, in general).

1. Put Linux in a virtual machine.
2. Add a udev rule for permissions.
3. Forward your rattle to the virtual machine
4. Connect to adb running in the virtual machine through the network.
Easy way: Use Linux as the main system (you can run the studio in the same virtual machine, but also run the studio in it.)
