How to install ubuntu when there are already 4 partitions on the hard drive?
HP laptop, all 4 possible partitions on the hard drive are already created. How to partition a disk for installing ubuntu in Gparted?
It is no longer possible to create a new "extended" partition, even if you free up space on one of the existing partitions. Since this will exceed the maximum number of partitions in total - 4. What should be done in this case?
Thanks in advance!

Take down one. When installing, it seems that an extended one will be automatically created when placing new partitions in an unallocated area.
No way. Merge some partitions between each other and create a logical partition to get away from the limit of 4
