How to install Ubuntu if the screen freezes at the Ubuntu logo?
Hello, I bought xiaomi mi notebook pro. I decided to install Ubuntu on it, made a bootable USB flash drive, selected it in the right menu, but when I boot the laptop, it does not go beyond the screen with the mi logo and the Ubuntu inscription. What to do? I heard that it is related to the video card from nvidia. I really hope that you can explain what to do in a language that I can understand) Thank you in advance.

Typically, Linux distributions respond to the key combinations Ctrl-Alt-F1 , Ctrl-Alt-F2 , Ctrl-Alt-F3 , and Ctrl-Alt-F4
during installation . As a rule, these combinations are enough to switch to the log console and to the console with the command line. Switching to the graphical screen may well be Ctrl-Alt-F6 or Ctrl-Alt-F8 .
PS If Ctrl-Alt-F1 doesn't work , try Alt-F1 .
Hmm, do it like this. After the logo, select the installation in text mode, or torture technical support
