How to install two SSL certificates on Vesta+Wordpress Multisite?

There is a site on which you need to install an SSL certificate. Main site and subdomain made with Wordpress Multisite.
Since nothing else is planned besides the site and subdomain, I want to save money and buy two SSL certificates (for the site and subdomain) rather than buying an SSL Wildcard.
One problem. After the purchase, you need to register with the CP (in this case, Vesta) all the parameters (SSL, key, certificate authority, etc.). Since the subdomain was made using Multisite, it is not visible in Vesta and it is not possible to register a separate certificate for it.
Is there any way to get around this problem?

I don’t know if it will help you, but with LetsEncrypt, which is issued on Vesta CP for free, the following scheme works:
1) Create one site.ru domain and assign aliases to it: www.site.ru, site2.site.ru, www.site2 .site.ru (i.e. your subdomain and its www variant are now aliases);
2) Order a LetsEncrypt certificate on site.ru;
3) Profit.
