There is a VPS with Debian7, on which a lot of sites are already spinning, is it possible to install a TURN server for WebRTC on it, will it affect the operation of sites, does it heavily load the channel? What is the best TURN server to install and how best to do it?

restund or coturn. The set includes stun and turn servers, stun does not load the channel, and turn yes, client data is proxied through it.
