How to fix cairo dock loading one core at 100%?

Installed Cairo Dock on a freshly installed Debian. At the same time, after a while, I discovered that one processor core is always loaded at 100%, when the second one works at ten percent. I look, and there all this dock loads. I googled and didn't find any decent answer. Enabling the dock with OpenGL does not help. I really do not want to give up the dock, please help. Debian 7.6 64bit.
