How to install touchpad driver in Linux?

There is a netbook with a touchpad that worked fine on Windows. Installed Debian + KDE, but the computer does not see the touchpad.

Did the touchpad accidentally turn off with Fn? I had the same problem with my webcam. She did not work for me, and did not see at all after installing the system. It turned out that you had to first "turn it on" with Fn + "webcam icon".
