How to install the Tesla app on Iphone in Ukraine?

Recently a client contacted me with a problem:

• he has iphone
  
• he wants to install the Tesla app
  
• he lives in Ukraine
  

Application in Ukraine is not supported:

• Can't find it when searching AppStore
  
• when you click on the link (from Iphone) apps.apple.com/us/app/tesla/id582007913 on the AppStore it says that it is not available in our region

How can I install the Tesla app on Iphone in Ukraine?

- change the region in the account settings
- create a new account in the desired region
- attack Tesla in order to publish the application in the Ukrainian store
