How to install the Log2Console program for NLog and similar solutions, if there are sources?

Good afternoon.
I am at the very beginning of my journey of learning C# ASP.NET MVC.
I read a wonderful course on the site ( a series of lessons ).
The first lesson indicates that you can install Log2Console. Links, but google does not fail .
Now, actually, a question. What to do with these files, how to install such software (and the like), how to integrate with the VS environment?

Simplified: all sources + .sln file are on the git. That is, with due diligence of the author, if you open this solution in the studio and click build solution - everything will be assembled and there will be ready-made libraries / executors that can be used.
