How to get album art from a track via http?

Hello, you need to somehow get album art from mp3 files that are on the server. I managed to figure out the local files, but I can’t get it from the server. For implementation I use C#. I will be grateful for help.

Download the file from the server via HTTP to a temporary folder, then extract the image from it.
