How to install the Advertapp app from scratch?

The question is not easy. The essence is simple - I want to try to install the advert app application from scratch, as if installing it for the first time. Before that, I carefully studied the topic and tried everything that is possible within reason. The bottom line is that when you reinstall the application on your smartphone, erasing all data and even resetting the phone to factory settings, the application still loads your old account when you select a Google account, and it doesn’t matter which Google account you chose, the data is loaded for your particular device . I would like to make sure that this does not happen.
Device: lg g4 h815.
What was tried: changing the poppy address along with deleting the pcks.dat file, logging out of Google accounts on the phone and installing the application through the permission manager with the ban on reading the name (there is a root). There is no result. The joke is that the application reacts to a change in the poppy address and offers to select an account, but only for a couple of seconds, after which it loads the data of the old account. It does not react this way to any other changes, but the result, as we see, is sad.
What is noteworthy: I installed it on another Samsung tablet, the original one, about six months ago, nothing changed there and the software was not even updated, a few days ago I installed it there and it worked from scratch, as if I had a new device. I tried to reinstall with my version above with a date change for 3 years ahead, the result is the same.
I hope to find out a solution to the problem, or at least where the application is loading data from. Thank you for attention.

Install fiddler and carefully examine the https traffic from the phone to the advertapp server at the time of the first launch. I did this on the iPhone and found that advertapp uses the serial number and udid of the device for registration. I can’t say anything about android, but traffic analysis will show what phone parameters are sent to the server.
