How to install tars-cli on windows 10?

Tars-cli does not get up globally.
I would really like to use it for the front-end.
When typing in the command npm i -g tars-cli
gives the following error take.ms/EmSxO
how to deal with this?

Your error is even highlighted in red. Check for the file, google where it should appear there, put your hands in the end.
