How to send something remotely to the console in Windows?

Hello. Windows Server 2019 is installed.
OpenSSH is running on it, when connected to which the user enters the cmd console. From here you can get into powershell or even make it the default shell for openssh.
How can I run a .exe application or .bat script remotely so that I can send something there?
For example, an application is launched via cmd, a console application. You can send something to the console. How to do it from another cmd window?
