How to install SOLARIZED in Phpstorm?

Can't install SOLARIZED theme.
import settings: solarized\intellij-colors-solarized\settings.jar
After a reboot, it didn't appear in the theme lists. But it appeared in the Colors&fonts>Fond item, but after applying it there, it looked terrible.
How to properly install it?
PS Do the fonts come with the theme?
