Can PhpStorm highlight php syntax in .css files?

I did this, of course, by adding a *.css mask to IDE Settings -> File Types -> PHP files.
But after that, the css highlight itself and the css syntax check disappeared.
And I want this and that. Just like in .php files, both php and html syntax shine.
Is this configurable, or write to the JetBrains feedback and suggestion book?
