How to install Samba 3 on ubuntu 14.04 LTS?
Good day to all. Tell me how you can install Samba 3 on ubuntu 14.04 LTS? Using apt-get install samba command installs Samba 4 but I can't configure it, and Samba 3 has quite a lot of instructions but I can't install it. How can I do that?

Well, on the subject, you won't be able to install Samba 3 on Ubuntu 14.04. If you want Samba 3.x install Ubuntu 12.04.
UPD: Well, really, you can find the source code and compile it.
