I downloaded the rpm package 1c of the enterprise and I need to install it on MacOS, for this I downloaded macports, but I can’t install it, please tell me how to do it, I have never done this.

rmp is the Red Hat package manager. And you can't install it on Mac os.

you made a mistake in the name of the package; rather, you meant the source, usually in the tar.gz or tar.bz2 format, and so on.
In this case, it is possible to install the package by compiling it on the machine itself, since the poppy is still UNIX, albeit illegally separated from the branch.
BUT when compiling, most likely you will have problems and the question is what you will do with them.
