How to install Redmine on Ubuntu 14.04.4 without errors?

Hello, fellow admins!
Throw pliz smart commands for copy-paste in ssh to install Redmine on Ubuntu 14.04.4 without any problems.
I follow all sorts of guides and instructions on the network and nothing comes out, then something is not set, then errors come out, then there are no packages from the instructions.
Is there any clear working mana for installing a more or less up-to-date version of Redmine?

after entering - gpg --keyserver hkp://keys.gnupg.net --recv-keys D39DC0E3
he writes - Failed to get keyserver from keyserver : keyserver error
what to do next?
