How to install python3.8 module in Arch Linux?

In Arch Linux, the python package has version 3.9 the latest, but I need exactly 3.8 version to run the program, I installed APScheduler via pip in virtualenv, and 3.9 version sees this module without problems, but 3.8 installed via AUR does not see this module, writes ModuleNotFoundError .

For the first time I work with python on arch, tell me how to install modules so that the AUR version sees them?
