How to install python on linux ubuntu bootable flash drive?
I have a bootable Linux Ubuntu 18.10 flash drive.
I need to put python on it so that I don't have to put it on every login. Is it possible?
If so, how?

Python is already there - perhaps there are no necessary libraries. To add them, you need to repack the image with them.
Unpack, add files, pack back. It may be possible to connect in loop mode when changes in the vfs deref are transferred to the image file.
