How to install PVR IPTV simple client in KODI?

I want to watch TV on my laptop.
OS - Linux - ArchLinux
Kodi - 16 version
of TV receivers no, I want to view via the Internet!
I have been using the media center for a long time, I set it up for myself, everything suits me, but initially I wanted to watch TV via the Internet! But I didn't set it up!

Help install "PVR IPTV simple client" plugin and set up Russian HD channels if possible! All Google rummaged through, but for some reason I find ZIP files not off. sites and videos from youtube also show how to install, just along this path I went to configure.

I found an article on Habré - I set everything up very competently under Ubuntu64, but there is crap with installing software. Somehow I tried to install acestream - but it didn't work either. More software ) you need to install, I rummaged through the installed ones, so I have wine-mono , I think they may conflict when I install mono!
In general, I'm not strong enough to defeat the installation "Torrent-TV in the LiveTV XBMC interface, under Linux" - maybe there is someone ?! Who could help me in this not an easy matter!

Regarding the method described in the article "Torrent TV in the LiveTV XBMC interface, under Linux" it is very outdated, p2pproxy is already newer and kodi .. and in general, even the author needs to figure it out for a long time =)

First install kodi from the official arch linux repository, then from aur install libplatform-legacy , kodi-addon-pvr-iptvsimple-git . If you install kodi-addon-pvr-iptvsimple-git right away, then kodi will be installed as a dependency, but pvr will not work.
